§ 1
1. The regulations define the rules for providing services, responsibility, and staying on the premises of HASTON OLD TOWN and are an integral part of the agreement, which is concluded by signing the registration card, as well as by making a reservation or payment of a deposit or the entire fee for a stay at HASTON OLD TOWN. By performing these actions, the Guest confirms that they have read and accepted the terms of the Regulations.
2. The Regulations apply to all Guests staying on the premises of HASTON OLD TOWN.
3. The Regulations are available for inspection at the Reception and on the HASTON OLD TOWN website at www.hastonoldtown.pl.
§ 2
1. Rooms at HASTON OLD TOWN are rented on a daily basis.
2. A day lasts from 3:00 PM to 12:00 PM the next day.
3. A reservation for a stay at HASTON OLD TOWN can be made by phone, email at aparthotel@hastonoldtown.pl, in person at the HASTON OLD TOWN Reception, or through a dedicated accommodation reservation portal.
4. Before checking in, the HASTON OLD TOWN Guest is required to show identification to the HASTON OLD TOWN employee. In case of refusal, HASTON OLD TOWN has the right to refuse to check in the Guest.
5. If the Guest has not specified the length of their stay when renting the room, it is assumed that the room has been rented for one day.
6. Requests to extend the stay beyond the period specified on the day of arrival should be reported to the Reception by 12:00 PM on the day the rental period expires. HASTON OLD TOWN will consider requests to extend the stay based on the available possibilities.
7. The fee for staying at HASTON OLD TOWN is collected when the Guest checks in.
8. HASTON OLD TOWN reserves the right to preauthorize a credit card or collect a cash deposit for the total fee at check-in.
9. HASTON OLD TOWN allows pets, subject to the prevailing price list, provided that prior approval for the pet's stay has been obtained (when making a reservation).
10. HASTON OLD TOWN reserves the right to refuse the admission of pets without giving a reason.
11. The pet owner is fully financially and legally responsible for any damage caused by their pet to other people, HASTON OLD TOWN property, and Guests.
12. The pet owner is obliged to cover the costs associated with cleaning or repair in the event of contamination inside the apartment (including carpeting, mattresses, or other equipment). The valuation is made by HASTON OLD TOWN.
§ 3
1. HASTON OLD TOWN provides services in accordance with its category and standard, ensuring Guest satisfaction. In the event of any complaints regarding the quality of services, the Guest is requested to report them immediately at the Reception, allowing HASTON OLD TOWN employees to respond appropriately.

3. HASTON OLD TOWN provides the following services free of charge at the Guest's request:
§ 4
1. HASTON OLD TOWN is liable for the loss or damage of items brought by persons using its services to the extent specified by the provisions of the Civil Code, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.
2.HASTON OLD TOWN is responsible for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables, or items of scientific or artistic value only if these items have been deposited in the Reception's safe.
§ 5
1. The Guest should inform the Reception of any damage immediately after its discovery.
2. The Guest is financially responsible for any damage or destruction of objects, equipment, and technical devices at HASTON OLD TOWN caused by them and/or by persons visiting them.
3. The Guest is financially responsible for any damage; they cannot buy back damaged items themselves.
§ 6
1. Quiet hours are applied in the rooms from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM the following day.
2. The behavior of Guests and individuals using HASTON OLD TOWN services should not disturb the peaceful stay of other Guests. HASTON OLD TOWN may refuse further service to a person who violates this rule.
3. Acquisition and street sales are prohibited in HASTON OLD TOWN, as is leaving advertising and election materials and engaging in gambling activities.
4. Guests are not allowed to make any changes to the room's furniture and equipment.
§ 7
1. The Guest may not transfer the room to third parties, even if they intend to leave it and the period for which they have paid for their stay has not expired.
2. Unregistered individuals may stay in the apartment from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
3. The Guest is responsible for the behavior of the individuals they are hosting.
§ 8
1. Every time the Guest leaves the room, they should check that the door is locked and leave the key at the Reception.
2. When leaving the room and returning the key, the Guest should carefully check that they have not left any personal items behind.
3. For a lost key, the Guest is charged a fee of 100 PLN or its equivalent in a currency other than PLN, and must pay it by the time of departure.
4. Due to fire safety, the use of heaters, electric irons, and other similar devices that are not part of the equipment in the apartments is prohibited.
5. Smoking of tobacco and other substances is strictly prohibited in the facility. The penalty for non-compliance with the obligation mentioned in point 6 above is 1,000.00 PLN (one thousand PLN) and is added to the bill related to the stay. The Guest is obliged to pay the entire fee for the stay by the day of departure.
6. Personal items left by the departing Guest in the room will be sent to the address provided by the Guest at their expense. In the absence of such instructions, HASTON OLD TOWN will store these items for one month from the date of handing over the key to the Reception. After this period, uncollected items will be disposed of.
§ 9
1. HASTON OLD TOWN has the right to suspend or limit services that would increase the risk to Guests and HASTON OLD TOWN staff (e.g., delivering luggage to rooms, etc.).
2. In case of a breach of the provisions of this regulation, HASTON OLD TOWN may refuse further service to the person who violates it. Such a person is obliged to comply with HASTON OLD TOWN's demands, settle the fees for previous services, and pay for any damage and destruction as well as leave the HASTON OLD TOWN premises.
3. HASTON OLD TOWN has the right to refuse admission to a Guest who has flagrantly violated the HASTON OLD TOWN regulations during a previous stay, in particular by causing damage to HASTON OLD TOWN property or another Guest, employees, or other individuals staying at HASTON OLD TOWN, or in any other way disrupted the peaceful stay of Guests or the operation of HASTON OLD TOWN. The right to refuse admission to a Guest also applies to individuals who have refused to provide a statement. All requests and complaints related to the stay should be submitted at the HASTON OLD TOWN Reception.
4.Disposal of the following substances in the toilet/sink is prohibited:
For non-compliance with the above bans, a penalty of 1000 PLN will be imposed for each identified case. In addition, the Guest will be charged the costs of unblocking the sewage system.
§ 10
HASTON OLD TOWN informs that the Administrator of personal data is HB INVEST spółka z o.o. based in Wrocław, ul. Żmigrodzka 242E, 51-131 Wrocław.
1. In terms of personal data protection, the Guest may contact the Administrator by email at iod@hasco-lek.pl.
2. Guest personal data will be processed:
a) In connection with the executed agreement for the provision of apartment rental services based on art. 6 sec. 1 point b) GDPR.
b) In connection with the fulfillment of legal obligations by the Administrator, including accounting and tax obligations, based on art. 6 sec. 1 point c) GDPR.
c)In connection with the video surveillance system - to ensure the safety of persons and property on the HASTON OLD TOWN premises, based on art. 6 sec. 1 point f) GDPR.
d) Obtaining an epidemic statement - COVID threat, based on art. 6 sec. 1 point f) GDPR.
3. If the Guest has given their consent, their personal data will also be processed in connection with conducting marketing activities, based on art. 6 sec. 1 point a) GDPR.
4. Personal data will only be transferred to entities authorized to process personal data by the Administrator or its subcontractors, as well as recipients authorized under the law.
5. Personal data will be stored for the following periods:
a) In connection with the executed contract, i.e., providing hotel services - until the claims under the contract expire.
b) In connection with the performance of legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator, for a period of 6 years from the end of the year in which the stay ended.
c) In connection with the video surveillance system for a period of 30 days.
d) For a period of 1 year from the date of the end of the stay.
e) Until the consent is withdrawn.
6. The Guest has the right to access their data and have it corrected, deleted, or restricted, and also has the right to data portability, as well as the right to object to processing. If data is processed on the basis of consent, the Guest has the right to withdraw the consent at any time. To exercise these rights, a written or electronic request should be sent to iod@hasco-lek.pl. The Administrator will fulfill the rights indicated unless there are circumstances that entitle the Administrator to process them, about which the Guest will be informed.
7. The Guest has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
8. The provision of personal data by the Guest is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the processing objectives.
9.Personal data will not be transferred to third countries and will not be processed in an automated manner.
